When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 10.00 € per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 10 kilos. Please note that the maximum hour for the use of the swimming pool is until the 23:00 p.m Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. This property does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations. No noise is allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. A damage deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. It will be refunded upon check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash once the accommodations has been checked. Parties, events, or visits from people not included in the current reservation are not permitted during the stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of €150, which will be deducted from the deposit provided at check-in. Pets are not allowed to use the sofa, beds, sun loungers, or chairs during their stay in the house, as they will have their own bed and blanket provided by the accommodations. If this rule is broken or there is any damage to the accommodations caused by pets, a penalty will be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit paid at check-in.
