It was very pleasant and comfortable stay. Best location in charming old Verona. This is modern, freshly renovated apartment in historical building right on the central square. You can see Torre die Lamberti through the window. Generous size modern kitchen, washing machine and dryer, temperature control in each room, excellent beds, lots of space. Highly recommended.

Location and facilities were great!

The pillow was a little too flat but generally it was great.

Very enjoyable stay, great location; no breakfast but did leave a bottle of wine to welcome us. Had a washing machine for travelers to use.

This is a great place for a family to stay.

The system to get into the property and apartment was temperamental. On one occasion the building access was offline and we had to phone the office. The advice given was to ring the doorbell of other occupants to let us in- fortunately someone was there and happy to do this. We were also told by the office that there was a key in a kitchen drawer that opened the door- it would have been useful to know that on check in. There was no tea towel provided and the plug for the kitchen sink did not work. It would have been nice to have had a few basics provided like sugar, salt and pepper etc. There were 4 coffee pods provided, but that was for 3 people over 4 nights.

Location and cleaness of the facility

The digital doorlock on the biuilding did not work properly on the second day.
