A bit outdated interior including out of date bathroom.

Camera sporca, bagno pessimo. Ho chiesto, per problemi familiare, di annullare una notte, e non mi hanno ancora dato risposta. Insomma una pessima esperienza.

Did not share WiFi details when checked in Depressing bathroom, shows how much the owner(s) care about their guests. Very dirty and inefficient air conditioning system. Present in only one of the two rooms. Loud noise, poor air cooling. Two TVs, but only works in one of the two rooms Mini bath towels, sized maybe for kids? Poor bathroom amenities No sunset, since it happens on the opposite side of the island. (not a fault, just useful information for the other customers)

Location, next to the sea, with pool, trees and shade, neighboring a sailing school. Small rooms, nice balcony and great view.

Perfect location overlooking the sea for a couple of nights either side of our sailing trip.

The location for this price is excellent. The loungers under the trees and the sea and pool right there make it a lovely spot to spend your time.

Please add the building name, Simon’s House at the Nikiana Beach Club, to the directions. The bathroom is tiny and the kitchen is basic, not easy for cooking meals, fine for simple breakfasts and sandwiches, but it is what you expect at this price.
