Needed bit more cleanliness near restaurant

The property felt calm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were warm, helpful, and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to visit again.

Everything was really perfect and everyone looked after our needs exceptionally. Will definitely want to come back. Our favorite part was the beds, super comfortable!! Breakfast was also quite yum. We had an excellent time at the Resort

We had booked Executive rooms from ur site after seeing all the rooms on the Hotel website At the hotel they gave us standard room when asked at reception which room was given they told standard rooms were given , when I said I have booked Executive room they told me that The executive room on app is standard room on website Also the room was in a structure which resembles a chawl in Mumbai with very substandard interiors and the bathroom was in bad condition and tiles were broken No fans in room AC took 30 to 45 mins to cool the room The Hotel gave bottled water of their own brand charging 50 rs for one bottle and In resturant my son by mistake ordered bottle which we did not open but they refused to deduct in bill saying once ordered they cant cancelled and in the bill the staff by mistake added Curd raita which they deducted the amount I will not suggest this hotel to any one very disappointing stay
