Sea View Terrace at San Marcos

помешкання чудове. власниця - золота жінка, не даремно тут усі про неї згадували. від найменшої дрібниці до чогось вагомого - все 10/10 наше перебування в цих апартаментах було прекрасним. якщо вдасться потрапити на Тенеріфе знову - я буду шалено рада, якщо ці апартаменти будуть вільними. скільки намагань було обрати щось дійсно достойне - і це воно. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Blick auf das Meer ist super. Die Ausstattung der Küche - von mir ungenutzt - ist reichhaltig. Die Betten sind prima, Decken etc. reichlich vorhanden. Im Bad ist alles, was man braucht, so dass ich einiges im Koffer lassen konnte......

Kleinigkeiten: Meistens ist ein Parkplatz in der Nähe vorhanden, ausgerechnet beim Auschecken musste ich mit dem Gepäck weit laufen, weil ich am Abend vorher keinen Parkplatz gefunden hatte. Es könnte noch ein Licht im Küchenbereich vorhanden sein (für alte Leute wie mich, die Helligkeit brauchen:-) Eine Steckdose im Bad wäre toll (z.B. zum Föhnen). Die Waschmaschine direkt neben der Toilette ist etwas unbequem....

Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht war überwältigend schön. Auch das Meeresrauschen hat uns sehr gefallen.

Проживали в этих апартаментах в декабре. Остались очень довольны. Квартира очень уютная, невероятно чисто, есть всё необходимое, включая всякие мелочи. Прекрасный вид с балкона на океан. Ночью немного шумно, слышно морской прибой( во время нашего пребывания штормило) но мы быстро привыкли и нам не мешал этот шум.На пляже , который рядом покупаться не удалось из -за шторма. На первом этаже дома есть аптека и магазинчик, по утрам мы там пили кофе. Рядом с домом очень много парковочных мест. Хозяйка была очень милой, встретила нас, всё рассказала, всё время была на связи.

The view is so amazing that it would make up for everything if the accommodation wasn't good, but it is! It's comfortable, equipped with everything, there's even coffee and spices in the kitchen. Constantly hearing the roar of the sea is an excellent sleep aid! Sole, the host, advised us where to go weeks before our arrival. She was waiting there with the keys. I forgot the beach towels and he brought us them from home. We kept in touch via WhatsApp the whole time, she always responded immediately.

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, maybe a defect sink drain, as the bath was spotlessly clean.

The host was wonderful, she gave us a lot of useful tips for what to see in the area, where to eat etc. The apartment is well maintained, there is all you could need and the view from the balcony in the evenings is unbelievable, just lovely.

We had really hot weather and the fan in the apartment was not enough to cool it, so the first two nights we didn't sleep much. Maybe an AC would be a good upgrade.
