Hotel City House by HSOT

I pre book room and when i contacted hotel they are saying it is sold . What is use of this app ? New to city and suffered a lot. Confimation booking in app is useless

Very bad experience, it must be removed this property from booking.com they are making problem for booking.com Room.are very bad condition Staff are very bad behaviour They are refilling water bottles and giving to customers for Wellcome water Electricity problam See the attached room pictures

Good and nice hotel Friendly staff

Great hotel for our last night in agra We arrived before 12pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area! Staff was friendly, hotel was nice, room was clean and big enough, space for luggage, tea/coffee offered every day, I didn't expect a breakfast but there was one, it was a lovely buffet where I could get the last Finnish things for the last breakfast in agra We went for a last stroll around agra and could leave the luggage in the luggage room which was nice.

Beautiful stay! Hotel HSOT is a perfect place to stay in Agra. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel HSOT again. The price performance ratio is very good
