La posizione e la distanza dalla spiaggia

Il parcheggio, noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo parcheggiato sempre sotto casa, ma se non c'è posto lì, tutto il resto è praticamente solo a pagamento. Nel centro dopo le 20, dopo aver pagato la sosta dalle 8, diventa isola pedonale e se non si sposta la macchina in un altro parcheggio a pagamento che fuori dal centro sono dalle 8 alle 24, oltre ad una sanzione amministrativa ti portano anche via la macchina con il carro attrezzi e rimani a piedi....

Vicinanza al centro e alla spiaggia di Marina Piccola.

Poiché è un palazzo storico si tratta di un primo piano ma con 2 rampe di scale con scalini molto alti e scomodi se si hanno bambini.

Stanza buia, mobilio vecchio, bagno molto essenziale. Impossibile stendere e far asciugare costumi e asciugamani, mancanza di Wi-Fi
