"Close to DC in pleasant neighborhood."

Location to downtown DC was amazing. Also the neighborhood was extremely walkable and close to lots of restaurants, a grocery store and the metro station. Underground parking was available at an extra cost. The apartment felt new and it was well equipped. It had everything needed to make any type of meal. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. The front desk concierge staff were very helpful.

The patio bar next door was very close and the music was very loud Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. There is a nice balcony but it faces the back alley..so not a great view. Receiving the access and parking instructions only 24 hours in advance was a bit too tight. We would have preferred 36-48 hours beforehand.
