STAFF WAS NOT RESPONSIVE. REQUESTED FOR INVOICE AND COMPLAINT THE AIRCOND NOT FUNCTIONING BUT, THE STAFF WAS NOT REACT AND NEGLECT . THE TOWEL WAS SO DIRTY(BLOOD STAIN). AIRCOND NOT COOL.
