Perfeckt location, Nice swimming pool, very kind staff.

The room was spaceful and well equipped, but only the noise from the street was in the morning not pleasant. We ordered breakfast, which was tasty and delicious

Beautiful place, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, but expect the usual wear and tear from the harsh weather conditions (constant rain causing a little water damage, etc). Beautiful gardens and a clean, very inviting pool. Very reasonable price for location, only 5 mins from monkey forest and 25 from a market. Good, clean, cheap restaurants in the area for dining. Some shops and convenience stores as well.

What let this place down is the noise. Being tiled, which amplified the noise and, being a cheaper accommodation, resulted in loud and inconsiderate patrons staying here. Whilst the beds were comfortable, people returning late or checking out early to go to the airport resulted in a really poor night sleep. Unfortunately, something the hotel can't prevent or improve, but if you are a deep sleeper or out to party, (or want to try your luck as we may have just stayed on a bad night) this place is very nice and would work out well.

EXCELLENT location, close to the busy streets of Ubud but set back so our room was nice and quiet. Lovely pool areas and lots of greenery

Bathroom had some mould in it and the towels given to us were very old- a shade of gray instead of white.

Location. Comfortable beds.

No breakfast, the entrance wasn’t suitable for large suitcases. Had to carry multiple suitcases over a pebble stone, rock path then up stairs.
