Абсолютно все понравилось! Дом в жизни красивее, чем на фото. Нас вовремя и очень гостеприимно встретил Поликарпос. В холодильнике были охлажденные напитки, овощи для греческого салата, фрукты на столе. В самом доме продумано абсолютно все для жизни с комфортом: от бытовой химии и электроприборов до москитных сеток на окнах. В доме идеальная чистота, свежее белье и полотенца. Чувствуется что хозяева очень заботятся о нем и с любовью и теплотой относятся к своим гостям. Бассейн чистый и прохладный. Дом находится обособленно от всех, потому мы насладились тишиной в течение нескольких дней. Для удобства передвижения лучше брать машину на прокат, потому что магазины и пляжи находятся далеко. Мы были очень рада находиться здесь и с удовольствием рекомендуем, потому что времяпровождение здесь превзошло наши ожидания

Exceptionally clean (one of cleanest and tidiest properties we’ve ever stayed in!) and had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday in Crete. The owners provided fresh fruit, cake and vegetables on our arrival which was a lovely touch and it was also walking distance of a local shop (for basic groceries, fresh bread, milk etc) and walking distance to two very good restaurants (better food and service than most of those in the main towns we visited). The air conditioning worked perfectly and the property had lots of choices of seating for lunch, dinner and breakfast (inside and outside). Pool was a good size and we also made use of the outside BBQ and shower facilities too. Close to two large water parks (~15 minutes drive to each), ~25minutes to Heraklion / the airport, and is driving distance to other interesting towns / places to visit in the area (Knossos -25minutes, Rethymno ~90minutes, Agia Nikolaos ~60minutes). Would highly recommend staying at Casa di Nima if looking for a Crete holiday in the Gouves region!

No issues with the property at all but the location is a little far from the beach so you would certainly need a car to be able to visit the nearby beaches (~10minutes drive), but we knew this when booking.

Casa di Nima это не просто вилла, это место, где вы почувствуете себя лучше чем дома. Заботливые внимательные хозяева дадут вам почувствовать, что вы приехали к друзьям. В доме есть все необходимое, множество зон отдыха, великолепный вид с террас. Исключительная чистота, мягкие полотенца, со вкусом оформленный интерьер. Рядом есть таверны, до пляжа близко на машине. Мы с удовольствием отдохнули и рады были бы приехать снова.

We loved the location, facilities. A real home from home. Everything you could think of was provided. Hosts were fantastic. Very generous indeed. Lots of food and beverages supplied on the house. Owners even stayed up late to settle us in and cooked us a delicious meal !
