Splendido alloggio dotato di tutti i confort pulito e ben arredato.ottima la posizione per visitare l isola.la padrona sempre disponibile e reperibile

Forse l unica cosa è che la strada dove si soggiorna è un po' rumorosa..ma così è un po' tutta l isola!

Punto strategico per chi vuole girare Procida a piedi, tutti i punti interessanti ( spiagge punti panoramici ) in 20 minuti a piedi, senza dover prendere la navetta comunale piena di persone. Vicino a 2 minuti supermercato e a 5 dalla spiaggia Chiaia.

La casita es divina, con un estilo muy playero y muy bien equipada. Es cómoda, tiene ambientes amplios un patio / balcón que si bien es parte del acceso hay una mesita que puedes utilizar y estar al aire libre. La ubicación es muy bien, si bien la isla es pequeña, la casa está ubicada en un punto estratégico a 30 metros hay locales: almacén, panadería, verdulería, alquiler de bicicletas. A la vuelta hay un supermercado y la bajada a la playa más carcana.

"Charming first floor flat in village location"

Nicely renovated old home in village. Outside the tourist areas. Will be a cool spot in that summer heat. Had shower and bath. Also clothes washing facilities. Bus L2 goes from the nearby Olmo Piazza direct to the ferry port building. Close to beautiful quiet beach ( though about 200 steps down to it. ) Plenty of local shops. Very good value, especially for friends or family. Terrace area gets afternoon and evening sun.

Steep steps from ground floor entrance up to first floor terrace and living area. Nearby restaurant about 10 mins walk away. Avoid the beach restaurant. Great location but tasteless food.
