The room is well located, and there are several doors you need to go through to access it, which made me feel secure. The room itself is nice, with a great balcony.

I encountered several issues. First, when we arrived an hour after our indicated check-in time - 4 pm, the key wasn’t where the self-check-in video said it would be. I had to contact someone via WhatsApp and was informed that the cleaning person would let us in. As a result, I waited in the sun for 15 minutes. When we finally got inside, the room wasn’t ready, and the cleaner told us we would have to wait at least another hour in the hallway while he finished cleaning. I informed the person I was in contact with on WhatsApp when we could enter, but I never received an apology or any response. I then asked if, since we were made to wait an hour and 45 minutes beyond our check-in time, we could check out an hour later. The person quickly responded in a friendly and positive manner. However, during the night, there was a strong odor coming from the pipes, similar to a sewer smell (something that I noticed in different CoMo places) which made it difficult for me to sleep and caused me to oversleep in the morning. While I was taking a shower, the extra hour for our check-out time passed. Given that we were delayed by almost two hours for check-in, I assumed I had a few more minutes to finish showering and packing. But when I stepped out of the bathroom (almost naked), I noticed the door to our room was open, and a woman was cleaning angrily while my husband was getting our bags ready. I then saw that I had several missed calls and messages from the person I had been communicating with on WhatsApp. I apologized for taking 30 minutes longer than the check-out time, but considering they delayed our check-in by two hours, it felt unfair. It's curious that they were extremely punctual and communicative when it came to making us leave the room, unlike the lack of communication or apology for the check-in delay. Additionally, I noticed that while there was no coffee provided during our stay, the woman left coffee for the next guests as she cleaned.

Location was amazing and the room was very beautiful and organized.

Great location not far from train station and ferry dock. Room was clean and spacious.

The room would be a 10 out of 10 for me as it was very well appointed, clean and functional, great aircon, kettle, coffee pod machine and small fridge.

The room is in a converted apartment, so other people are coming and going at all hours, ( same as a hotel) there was someone outside my door in middle of night but I couldn’t check who it was without opening door. ( no peephole or safety catch installed ). The room is excellent, the apartment building isn’t great with gate and entrance door really loud with people coming and going. Also note that the apartment is the opposite side of the town from Station Giovanni, about a 15 minute walk.
