Everything was effortless from communication, check in, facilities, access. Made it so easy

The noise detection unit was extremely sensitive. I had a fair few messages when we were not even being “loud” and outside of the quiet times. We also could not use the TV as it would not turn on

Lovely modern property. Great location, easy to access (picked up the key at a barbers nearby) and pretty well appointed. Sofa bed is comfy, if a little hard.

Minor thing but it could do with a few more glasses!

Location and layout were perfect. Great instructions and simple check in/out process.

Only negative was the soft bed so when one person moved in the bed the other woke up

I liked how modern the property was and how it had a nice view. Also it was so close to the station and Warehouse Project. And about a 15 minute walk from the town.

Just wish they had televisions in the bedrooms, other than that a great stay.

Property was very nice. Would be nice to have hand towels as using a bath towel for everything seems a bit odd. I’ve never stayed anywhere that only had one bath towel and no hand towels and I have traveled a lot. The bedding could be a bit better quality as well being everything else was of very good quality. Mattresses are very comfortable which is nice.
