DENeu renoviertes Zimmer mitten im Ort
Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber auch sehr laut. Die Bar, in der man frühstückt ist direkt unter den Zimmern. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem alten Haus und die darunter liegende Bar verursachte Lärm bis tief in die Nacht. Das Frühstück wird in der Bar angeboten. Man kann einmal bestellen. Ein zweiter Cappuccino kostet extra wie auch jeder weitere Wunsch. Die Qualität ist gut. Der von manchen hier gelobte Weg mit den vielen Eisentüren-/Gittern zum Zimmer hin vermittelt keine Sicherheit, sondern genau das Gegenteil. Man muss durch einen Hinterhof laufen und dann ein Treppenhaus hoch. Das fühlt sich an wie im Gefängnis… Allein als Frau ist das kein gutes Gefühl, kann ich mir vorstellen.

DESuper leckeres Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse mitten in Laveno, umgeben von herrlichem italienischen Flair. Tolle Lage und Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge. Des Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Struttura non all'altezza delle aspettative, infissi obsoleti scrostati e assolutamente non insonorizzati, come avere delle persone sul balcone fino alle tre del mattino e quando non si riposa si rovina la vacanza, bagno piccolo e buio, mancanza di appendini per asciugamani da doccia, durante la doccia sospensione dell'acqua calda per circa 4 ore e carta igienica da discount a richiesta, colazione minimal o dolce o salata con solo una bevanda. La gestione da parte dell'hotel del conte lasciava pensare ad una garanzia ma non è stato così. Non c'è dubbio che questo sia stato il peggior soggiorno di tutte le nostre vacanze, essendo noi viaggiatori abituali.
CZITIn realtà abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel del Conte che viene sempre gestito dalle stesse persone. La camera era bella e ben attrezzata come anche il bagno. Ottima la posizione sul lago anche se la nostra camera aveva una vista interna
L'unica persona dello staff che abbiamo incontrato si è dimostrata poco disponibile. Camera bella ma molto piccola.
ITSiamo arrivati a LAVENO con il treno storico e abbiamo chiesto un check in anticipato di ore rispetto allo stabilito; ci e' stato concesso senza supplementi.La locanda si trova proprio vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Laveno lago e al imbarcadero dei traghetti .La camera ha vista lago con balcone e bagno finestrato.Abbiamo pranzato ai BALDI e tutto era molto buono.
