Großes modernes Zimmer "Silber" für 2 Personen und Katzenliebhaber

Rico was lovely and really made it feel like home. He gave us lots of tips on where to go and where to eat!

The only thing was the room doesn’t have a built in aircon. Rico did go above and beyond to give us additional fans and a small ac unit but on the hot nights it wasn’t much use. Some nights were okay but one of the nights was unbearable and we couldn’t sleep.

I very much like staying at a local's place because it adds a human touch. Rico's place was just that, he was super friendly and welcoming, i felt right at ease and honestly, his three cats are just the cutest! Sharing his apartment was easy and straight forward. I only stayed there for one night but i had everything i needed. I am glad i chose his place!

I really enjoyed my stay. Great option for visiting Valencia. Many thanks to the owner for creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Everything went perfect. Rico was an amazing host, always at reach to help an make your stay as nice as possible. easy going, accesible, relaxed...Great. He has everything very well organised and you move naturally thorughout the flat with all the signs and easy instructions in the kitchen and toilet. I would book again with absolutely no doubt. many thanks
