Det finns en utmärkt bistro där man kan få utsökt frukost kl 9-14. Kigger ca 300 m utmed stranden. Italiensk restaurang direkt under boendet. Stranden 20 m från fönstret, lite smutsig med cigarettstumpar. Solstolar kostar 5 euro/dag men inne i boendet finns allt som behövs gratis. Set finns också rikt med köksutrustning och en perfekt kyl/frys. Kanske en mikrougn skulle vara bra att ha - men jag var mycket nöjd. Två badrum, den med badkaret är ett paradis! Wifi är lite långsam men funkar, tack!

Det luktar ibland och det är bullrigt från restaurangen. En vanlig stol - inte bara de obekväma höga vore bra att ha, kanske också en fåtölj för att kunna sitta och läsa. Jag arbetar med dator, och det enda ställe som var lämpligt var köksö - inte idealiskt. Ett skrivbord med en stol skulle vara bra att ha. Man borde se till att alla lampor funkar, duschen behöver repareras, vattenbehållaren på toa rinner lite hela tiden, hade inte lust att reparera den. TV har jag inte använt men kunde inte hitta Net flix den första och sista gången, använde min dator.

The apartment is clean and has everything that you might need specially for a longer stay, it really felt like home! You’re directly looking at the San Juan beach and have a lot of restaurants and cafes close by and a supermarket as well.

It was difficult to use the private parking garage since it’s so narrow and we had a relatively big car but we managed!

nice, spacious apartment right on the beach. the view is amazing, and so is the breeze in the evening. Wonderful Italian restaurant downstairs. The host was very nice, always available and assisted with everything we needed- thank you for that! Free parking in an underground garage, well equipped kitchen. the village is (relatively to Tenerife tourists locations) small and not crowded by tourists, yet has many nice restaurants and a few shops. the beach is sandy and the water clean. The village and apartment were everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

being right on the beach means some noise in the evening and even up to 2 am, from the nearby restaurants- we didn't mind it much, I think it makes sense when you pick such a location, but if you're sensitive to noise you might want to consider it. Also, the apartment might do with a little renovation- some squeaky tiles, shower doors don't close, kitchen elements slightly loose... nothing major that bothered us, but if you're looking for an immaculate 5 star hotel, this probably isn't for you. expect more staying at an awesome apartment of your aunty :-)

Great place. 50 meters from the sea, with balcony in front of it, with single bed on it (which is a genius idea). Inside we have everything we needed, it was clean and superspacious, very well soundproofed and, surprisingly, quiet. If we would ever return to the island, we would definitely come back!
