We were not told of the amount of steps, there was not chair, or toaster When contact the host, he said we had to borrow it last week for an other apartment the cleaning lady will bring it tomorrow. (If we would not ask I don’t think we would have got it) The mattress was so stained that we didn’t have the stomach to sleep under there doona we just sleep on top the doona, there bath towels were of very very poor quality discoloured gray.
