GBThe building is on the fringe of the old town, walk straight out to the waterfront. The apartment has been adapted to a modern design and is well fitted out with air conditioning and a fine shower etc. Great eateries next door, Fabrique and art i coc.
Fourth floor no lift might challenge some.
USLocation was perfect , beds and fittings were clean. Apt was clean.
5th floor with no elevator, towels were old, hard to keep bathroom from getting wet after showering
CAThe apartment was quite spacious, the view from the veranda was amazing, the rooms were all cleaned. The location is perfect just how we like it, only 20mn walk from the old town and about half an hour from Lapad area. The best part was the host Marianna was very friendly and would go the extra mile to help us, I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Dubrovnik.
The only issue, a minor one is the TV did not work, no english channel was available, also there was not enough hanging space in the bathroom but all those did not affect our stay.

GBGBGBLocation was great, right in the heart of the old town.
Sulphur smell in the bathroom, which I realise is natural but not all that pleasant. Also aware of the steps to the apartment as no lift in any of the old town properties but 90 steps felt like quite a lot towards the end of the stay.

No lift. We were in the 4th floor and it might not suit everyone. We were ok with stairs
