all activities are unavailable after 9 pm. no adult-only hours in the pool area (which has ping pong table). no crosswalk to get to the beach across the street.

Was quite enjoyed bar and restaurant

The carpets were shabby, and all stained up. The horseflies attacked you while standing outside. The rooms were old and musty. We decided to relocate our stay at another place within the first 10 minutes of arriving.

Location is good and it is face to lake. They organize everything very efficiency. They provided all the information that we need to know and the activities we may interest to us upon our arrival. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The room size is good. They offer continental breakfast.

The facility is old. Air conditioner is very noisy and our room is close to restaurant kitchen so that we can hear the fan noise during the day. It is ok during night.

This place was a throwback to the 1950s. I expected to see Baby doing the Dirty Dancing in there lounge area. So if you like the film. Also, the restaurant and pool was nice.

Although the property is Lakefront, the property don't own the small beachfront. That belongs to an association who had this surly old man watching your every move. You can only use the little private beach from 10 to 6. You have to drive to the public beach

Beautiful property, great location, easy access to restaurant, very friendly staff, welcoming environment, clean property inside and out, amazing pool!!! Continental breakfast was very nice, lots of options and tasty, family of 4 saves easily $50 on breakfast…. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at DBR and before I could say I would like to go back the kids were asking when we could go back. Would highly recommend!

I actually don’t have one critical thing to say about DBR. One may say it is dated but that is what I was expecting as I read previous reviews, and I’m sure it helps keep the price low,,,, I would prefer an affordable vacation rather than paying for the newest and fanciest and what is most important to me is if a place is clean and it was very clean….
