The description on Booking.com bore no relation to the reality. On entering the stairway there was rubbish at the bottom of the stairs, old cupboard doors and bits of furniture. The stairway was narrow and unwelcoming and the description of the studio did not mention it was located on the second floor. The studio was very small. If the sofa bed was open you could not use the balcony. Only one stained mug in an apartment for 2 people. When we telephoned the host to say the studio was unsuitable as I am disabled, the host was unsympathetic and would not refund our money despite the studio not being used by us. Very disappointing and the worst experience we have ever had with Booking.com or their hosts. I cannot understand the other reviewers opinions. This is sub-standard and the description is blatant misrepresentation. La description sur Booking.com ne correspondait en rien à la réalité. En arrivant dans l'escalier, nous avons trouvé des détritus au pied des marches, de vieilles portes de placard et des morceaux de meubles. L'escalier était étroit et peu accueillant, et la description du studio ne mentionnait pas qu'il était situé au deuxième étage. Le studio était minuscule. Impossible d'accéder au balcon si le canapé-lit était déplié. Il n'y avait qu'une seule tasse tachée dans un appartement prévu pour deux personnes. Lorsque nous avons téléphoné à l'hôte pour lui signaler que le studio était inadapté à mon handicap, il s'est montré insensible et a refusé de nous rembourser, bien que nous n'ayons pas utilisé le studio. Une expérience extrêmement décevante, la pire que nous ayons jamais eue avec Booking.com ou ses hôtes. Je ne comprends pas les avis des autres voyageurs. Ce logement est de qualité médiocre et la description est tout simplement mensongère.

Great location, very central, there’s pharmacy, supermarket and bakery within 10 mètres from the apartment :) 5 min to the beach. The host is excellent, very helpful and kind. The flat was clean and the high ceilings were great for the space adding. AC is brand new and worked well. Quite place, all the amenities were there except for the hair dryer.
