"NOT ready to Rent!!!"

Good potential…easy access to events. Newer appliances

FILTHY house, uncut yard, deck unusable. Air conditioner didn’t blow air thanks to the filters being COMPLETELY plugged with dirt. Garage full of plastic bags that looked like trash; bedroom ceiling fans are improperly installed and unusable. Hot tub in the master bedroom was unusable and moldy. Dangerous throw rugs placed on stairs and several cracked or broken light switches.
