A showercurtain would be nice to have..

The view was the best, with a lovely balcony, plus a communal terrace. the room had big window so you could see the sea from bed/ from the kitchen very easily.

Accommodation with a great view and in a quiet environment. You will not be disturbed by street noise at all, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the homemade marmalade for the welcome!

The only drawback was the noise from the air conditioner unit, which emitted electric buzzing even when it was turned off. But that didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Very clean studio, more than kind and attentive owners.

The beach in Loutraki is not very good.

The owners were so lovely and welcoming- just the cutest people ever. The room was spacious and clean! We loved the large private balcony and enjoyed our stay. The room had essentials for cooking and coffees/teas which we appreciated. The Seaview rooms were unavailable so we stayed at the mountain view one but we had no complaint since it was so nice and private.

Mould all over bathroom and vanity had big hole and crack in it, didn’t get the room I payed for - room with sea view got terrace room

Absolutely stunning views from the balcony and terrace, lovely to sit and eat on the terrace watching the boats coming in and out. Quiet beach just a few minutes walk down the hill to the left, perfect for an evening swim. Super friendly hosts Anastasia and Nikos and housekeeper Martina was lovely too. The property is clean and the kitchen was equipped with most of the essentials needed to cook a meal. Toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, sponge, t-towel were an added bonus. The hosts daughter Rania is a taxi driver and drove us to kastani beach and the mama Mia chapel and kindly picked us up from the port and took us back to the port as it’s not possible to walk to and from the property with luggage something we didn’t realise until we arrived. There is a supermarket and a lovely bakery in Laitraki where we were able to buy all of our essentials to eat for 4 days but there are also a few restaurants and bars in the village should you not want to cook.

The property is quite high up from the harbour so it’s quite a steep walk up a narrow path and lots of steps but we soon got used to it but no good if you’re not steady on your feet. Property is a little dated but that didn’t spoil our visit in any way.
