Centrally Located 2BR Apartment with Balcony & Unique Design

The location was excellent, and the info given to us before arrival was so helpful, on arrival we found we had no internet, and arriving back again later in the evening, we found no lights on the two flights of stairs to the apartment and no lighting at all in the second bedroom, the next morning we also found no hot water. We notified them and they did rectify at some point later that day, but we were already leaving the next day.

really enjoyed our time here. the apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. it was clean and nicely decorated. the balcony was a nice bonus:)

bad service toilet had a bad smell there was noise at nights everytime we asked for service they wanted us to let them come when we are away, or to sit and wait for them.

So when we arrived the toilet was broken and didn’t flush. After letting the host know this they asked us to send photos and videos whilst they asked us questions about valves… we are not plumbers. Not the way you want to start your holidays to be honest. We had to spend the first night of our holiday trying to fix a toilet and had to use a cooking pan to try and flush everything…a little bit stressful! They came the following day to try and fix the problem but we still had to do it by hand. The kitchen light didn’t work, and some were hanging off the wall. There were also not enough big towels for 4 people. Unfortunately the toilet situation put a real downer on the start of our holiday. We asked for a partial refund but we were refused.

The location was amazing and the very easy conversation with the owner, we even could do the check out an hour later.

There was a bad smell that we think it was coming from the toilet. There was just one toilet paper for the 4 days and just 3 forks when the apartment was rented for 4 people.

Great location to get around, right by the old town for walking distance to bars/restaurants and local sights. Easy to find, easy check in instructions Clean Great communication

Strong sewer smell, someone did come to sort this on the first day, but it was still quite strong after that. I think this was just from the drains Strange layout, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other
