"The worst experience in Chennai"

Nothing of this hotel was likely it was a really really bad experience for me never expected it form a platform like Bookings.com , the hotel person also asked me to pay extra 300 rupees for nothing I booked it for 779 but have to pay 1079 for nothing also none of the facilities were available , the washroom was not at all neat and clean nor the hotel management bother about it , altogether it was a really really very worst experience , the Booking.com should do something regarding this if they at all honour customer satisfaction and review

Nothing of the property I liked , the services were very very bad and also the staffs are not at all helpful
