Ceo objekat je skladno urađena vila sa desetak ili više apartmana, od kojih većina imaju terasu. Sobe gledaju na lepo dvorište u kom se nalaze natktiveni "venjci" za odmor gostiju. Objekat je privlačan i zbog spa centra, koji se sastoji iz velike đakuzi bazenćića - kade, saune i još ponekog elementa. Ovaj deo usluge se dodatno naplađuje. Domaćin - gospodin na recepciji je veoma ljubazan.

Iako su sobe lepo opremljene, vreme je da se malo osveže (npr. klima je radila malo slabije), venjak ima priključak za struju, ali tu nema struje, a uključivanje saune i bazenčića traje duže vremena, možda treba razmotriti opciju da spa usluga bude uključena u cenu boravka, i da sve bude zagrejano tokom dana. To je svakako stvar politike kuće, i nije mana smeštaja, samo sugestija.
