Для меня было важно наличие работающей стиральной машины, она не работала, хозяин сказал что ее привезут, но не привезли. Стиральная машина - это буквально основополагающая причина почему я решила остановится в этих апартаментах, так как прибывала после долгого путешествия. Также wifi был ужасный, я не могла делать элементарные вещи по работе, не говоря уже о том, чтобы посмотреть кино.
RUНе смотря на то, что это старый город, было относительно тихо.
Из ресторана пахло вкусно едой, приходилось много есть

Horrible experience from start to finish. Firstly they cancelled the first night (without consent) of our stay literally a couple of hours before we checked in. We were unaware of this, and then when we tried to check in they made us believe it was our issue and that we had booked the wrong dates. We were forced to find alternative accommodation which neither this place nor booking.com covered. When we realised we had in fact booked the correct dates and that they were the ones who cancelled due to overbooking, we went back to raise the issue, but were told it was a booking.com issue (total BS) and there was nothing they could do. The guys at the restaurant below had to keep calling their manager any time we had a query, the whole thing was very disassociated and terribly managed. When we checked in the next day, the floor was very dirty and clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned. We had to ask for the wifi, and had to ask for more toilet paper, both simple requests which took ages to sort out. Every time there was a question or an issue, the guys at the restaurant below had to call their manager to sort it out. The place itself is also falling apart - the door handles were loose and kept falling off, and the shower didn't drain well. When we checked out, we asked for a receipt which they couldn't provide so the restaurant guy again had to call his manager. They only took cash, the restaurant guy had originally told us the price for 2 nights was €110, but when checking out the manager on the phone tried to say it was €116. Later when trying to seek compensation from booking.com, this place tried to claim that they reduced the price to €110 as compensation for the trouble caused, but this was not true, that was simply the price the restaurant worker told us. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better.

UYVoy a describir tal cual mi experiencia: - Llegamos en la noche, habiendo acordado con ellos la hora, y cuando llegamos al lugar pasaron varias cosas. 1) El mozo nos dijo "esto es restaurant no accomodation". 2) Luego de mostrar que nos habían dicho que era llamaron al anfitrión. Le dije mi nombre y me dijo que no encontraba mi reserva. Luego de un rato nos dijo que "alguien había hecho chech in en mi nombre" MUY RARO. 3) NO TENÍAN OTRO LUGAR donde alojarnos. Llegamos de noche y no teníamos dónde quedarnos. - Ahí el anfitrión nos ofreció cancelar la reserva y quedarnos en otro lugar o ayudarnos a buscar una noche en otro lugar. En el apuro elegimos la segunda opción y nos ayudó a encontrar una noche en un hotel (el precio era MAYOR al que reservamos en la estadía). Pudimos llegar casi a medianoche a un lugar, luego de un largo viaje, cuando teníamos este alojamiento reservado con mucha anticipación. - Al día siguiente cuando vamos a hacer el chech-in NO nos dieron el lugar reservado, en su lugar uno más pequeño y no con las cualidades con las que habíamos reservado. - El wifi del piso no funcionaba, agarrabamos una red que nos dijo de abajo pero solo funcionaba en un sector del living y a penas se podía navegar. - No obtuvimos un precio menor ni ningún descuento, solo nos regaló una botella de vino al final (de 3 euros) y dos copas en el restaurant.
De todas mis estadías, esta fue la peor. - Llegar y que no te puedan alojar definitivamente va en contra de tener el lugar publicado en Booking - El wifi no funciona - Te dan otra habitación y te cobran el mismo precio que la que reservaste - La situación en la llegada fue extremadamente turbia Cuando reservamos el lugar, estábamos entre varias opciones y elegimos algo que, cuando llegamos, no existía, y al otro día nos dieron OTRA habitación.
AUWe didn't actually get to stay in the one bedroom apartment that we'd booked several months in advance. When we arrived for check in, we were told our apartment was a few minutes walk away, not in that building - which wasn't correct. Then we were told there was a water problem, so we couldn't stay in the apartment we'd booked. They said they'd take us to another apartment until the water was fixed, maybe that day or the next day. They took us to a smaller studio apartment, about 60% size of the one we'd booked and quite a bit cheaper (according to advertisements we later looked up). It was ok, but not as nice as the advertised and booked one. But we had to pay the original price up front in cash. We were offered free drinks at the restaurant underneath the original apartment as compensation. About an hour later we got an email saying we should stay in the smaller apartment for the whole three night stay, to save us moving again. Within an hour, the original apartment was advertised again on booking.com as available for the days of our booked stay. The whole experience left us feeling like we'd been taken advantage of.
