The hotel charged me 400ksh above the booked price. Then said if I don't add the top up I can go elsewhere. They don't care. Very disappointing 😞.

GBOn arrival, I was amazed that the pictures on booking.com don't do the hotel justice..it was far better seeing the hotel in person. It was a good clean place and excellent value for money providing they don't put the prices up.The breakfast was awesome, the chef would cook you a fresh hot breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant was ace and the food in the evening was also great. Drinks were great value and a nice quiet place, not noisy, but so near Nairobi, like ten minutes drive and the airport is also close by if you use the super express way. Outside the hotel there are places to eat so nearby and everything that you needed. It took us 10 minutes to the City centre and Uber was virtually outside. The shower was too hot and slow flowing, but the maintenance guy was quick to resolve the issue. The security is excellent and they will even carry your luggage, order you a cab..Nothing was any trouble for them. Remember to tip them as.they earn very little. Verdict. I have stayed and visited Nairobi area for many year's. I'd say it's the best value to date, and is far better than any basic hotel I have ever stayed in for the money. Great clean hotel quiet hotel location,.safe, any issues staff would resolve. The price we paid was excellent and I hope they do not increase the prices as you eat there and you spend money. Great for any tourist alike. Food prices are excellent value for money. Great place to be for families, good size rooms, ie, double big beds, but so near the City centre and the Express Way to the airport. We will definitely be back.
The rooms are Great, but if it is raining, try to ask for the rooms that do not overhang the plastics sky light roof for the restaurant below, it can be noisy rain banging on the roof. Rooms were clean to a great standard. If I'm being fussy, maybe the walls could do with a wash and clean.
