He advertised front park view, the appartment instead has a backyard view on office buildings. - The orange sofa in the living room has stains and felt “used” and dirty. - the bed cover has a stain. - we found a laundry rack in the balcony with previous guests towels and sheets still drying.( i attached photos) We were told to use the towel from the rack after it dries:)) very luxurious experience!! - the host is rude and was acting like he is doing us a favor whenever we asked him for something. - i originally booked the place for 3 nights for my parents but they didnt feel comfortable and next day i moved them to another airbnb. - the host didnt want to cancel the last 2 nights and tried to force entry into the appartement the next day even if technically our checkout was still 2 days away. - i had to call police to witness his actions as he was behaving like a thug.

Wir mussten den Eigentümer nach der Buchung kontaktieren um den genauen Standort sowie den Schlüsselcode zu erfahren. Bei der Ankunft war das Reinigungspersonal noch an der Reinigung. Kein direkter Blick auf den Anfapark. Bettlacken wies diverse Flecken auf. Gewaschene Wäsche mit neuen Bettlacken etc. des Reinigungspersonals wurden vor Ort auf dem Balkon belassen. Auf dem Boden waren diverse Haare vorhanden. Es waren keine Duschmittel etc. vorhanden. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Um in die Parkgarage zu gelangen war ein Sender vorhanden, welcher jedoch nicht funktionierte. Der Eigentümer sagte uns wir sollten dies selber mit den Sicherheitsangestellten anschauen. Diese konnten uns ebenfalls nicht helfen und wir mussten jedes mal lange warten um in die Parkgarage zu gelangen und auch um diese zu verlassen. Der Eigentümer will für eine Gebühr von 8 Euro 100 Dirham, was bei weitem nicht dem aktuellen Umrechnungskurs entspricht. Beim Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer wird dieser schnell unhöflich und ist verärger wenn mann ihm nicht sogleich antwortet. Ich empfehle diese Appartement nicht zu buchen.

The host is verbally abusive with an irrational, explosive anger issue. It is not safe or comfortable to stay at this person’s property. The apartment flooded due to a burst pipe (which the plumber confirmed was an internal issue, impossible to be caused by a visitor), but instead of being helpful, the owner was only accusatory. The security guard and plumber tried to talk with him, but he only yelled over them. Then he kicked us out of the apartment and told us he had someone else coming to stay (even though we had paid for four nights). I am still shocked by the whole experience, and we are still working on getting a refund (and I’m still getting harassing, illogical messages from the owner). So, be warned: do not stay at this owner’s property.
