Didn’t stay so can’t answer

Flip-flops, dirty towel in the bathroom, food in fridge, parcels everywhere, felt like we weren’t meant to be there. Left within half an hour of arriving and booked into a travelodge around the corner after a man let himself in and urinated in the bathroom without closing the door! Didn’t feel safe.

"Nice location but the bed needs improvement"

The location was great. The place was clean and the bathroom was very good. The owner was friendly and communication was good.

The bed was sadly quite uncomfortable and the slats kept falling through.

"Good value for money"

Safe and secure modern apartment behind locked gates and doors. Within walking distance to train/tube and just off the high street with plenty of shops. Nice apartment, the tenants were rarely there so have the place to yourself mostly.

The room wasn’t very clean and there were bugs under the tea/coffee provided for guests. The check in/out times were different to what was advertised.
