Quien me recibió en el lugar, Rico, es realmente una persona muy atenta. Tiene todos los datos que te puedas imaginar sobre Valencia y muchas opciones de descuento. Se preocupa mucho de que puedas encontrar lo que quieras, al mejor precio. Una persona muy humana que siempre está disponible para ayudarte con lo que necesitas. Me gustó muchísimo el lugar y la relación precio/calidad es muy alta. Recomiendo muchísimo el lugar.

Nada me disgustó del lugar. Me sentí en casa. Todo lo que sugerí a Rico, él lo llevó a cabo. Nada estuvo fuera de una grata conversación y del respeto mutuo.

Camera , bagno e cucina molto sporchi. Ho dormito nel mo sacco lenzuolo perché non mi sono fidata di dormire nelle lenzuola. Il bagno davvero sporco e in cucina non ho voluto entrarci

Good location. Guests can use kitchen. Very good low-budget accomodition.

It is private flat. You can't response that it is hostel or something like that, because there isn't announce of that in front of flat or enterance of the building. I had little problem to get in (enter) the accomodition, because, when I arrived there, it was locked, and nobady was there, although I arrived at 6 PM. I had to call the owner of flat, and after that, owner explained me where are the keys. Flat has three rooms, two rooms are for guests, and one room is for owner. Forniture is old.

I will probably echo what others said. The locaction is stellar. Im looking to possibly move to Spain, and after hours of riding all over Valencia, I ended up picking Rico's area as the best location. Close to old town, beach, park, and museum. Rico is a wonder host. He makes you feel so welcomed. He's organized, kind, and even created a website with suggestions and discounts. You can even rent a kayak from him. Wifi was strong as well. His 3 cats are adorable and really sweet.
