In piazza sul lago

There was a fully equipped kitchen and there is a carrefour express close by so breakfast is easy to make. Everything was perfect and the hosts hospitality and professionalism exceed most 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The entrance to the apartment may not be the best but that is easily overlooked.

First reaction when we walked in the apartment was just "wow!". The view from the huge panorama balcony is breathtaking. Location was just perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything and have easiest possible access to boats, restaurants etc. Train station is also just a 5min walk away. Market on Mondays in the piazza just below the apartment. Just keep in mind that there is noise around since you're in a very central location. We just loved it, it was nice to sit in the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of this pictuesque small village and the traffic on the lake. The apartment felt even more spacious than in the pictures and it was very well equipped. The hostesses Marta and Dora were so friendly and helpful and replied quickly to any question we had. It is easy to recommend the apartment to anyone!

It was a great vacation! The apartment seems new, very clean. The view is unbelievable! The location is incredible, near to the port where you can get a boat to the islands. Marta was super helpful and kind.

Property in perfect condition, well equipped, fresh and make your staying super comfortable and easy. Perfect location for who likes staying in the city center.

We were lucky enough to be the first guests in this wonderful apartment in Baveno.  It is very spacious, with two separate bedrooms, is immaculately clean and sparkling, and is well set up with bathroom and kitchen necessities (and some extras!).  It has wonderful views over Lake Maggiore, and despite it overlooking a small car park that is between the apartment building and the lake, the views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the ferries coming and going more than make up for this aspect.  The air conditioners are very quiet, the lift/elevator a bonus. Communicating with Dora about the apartment was a delight as she was wonderfully friendly and helpful.  If you want lake views but more space than just a hotel room, then this apartment is a great alternative.  Baveno is a lower-key alternative to Stresa, has a lovely lakefront promenade with cafes, and was just what we wanted.  We highly recommend this apartment.
