Small but just what we needed. Very new, warm and clean. Quiet location - it's attached to another house and what appears to be an office for the Stay Tekapo team, but we never heard anyone. Location is quiet but very handy to town. No off-street parking, but it was a quiet enough street that it's not a problem. Good size for a family of four, with a queen size bed and two singles.

Washing machine was provided, which we appreciated, but there was no clothes dryer. With no outdoor space to hang clothing, our only option was to dry clothing inside on the provided clothes rack. This led to a lot of condensation inside the house, including water on the windows, despite running the heat pump around the clock. Despite the house being designed for a family of four, the couch in the living room only fit two of us.

This was close to the lake considering.

When I called to get the code as this hadn't been sent, they basically complained that it had been done, but I have checked 3 times and this had never been provided. Overall, this felt like somewhere that you the guest were an inconvenience - extra charges listed everywhere. Note: there is no onsite parking, this is street parking.

Clean and modern.close to town. Good location to the town.

Clean, tidy and had the heating facilities to be warm.

Very small living area for 3 people to sit comfortably

That it was very efficient, clean, and new.

Air conditioning was not in the bedroom.
