The staff was arguing during my check in and the supervisor made the new employee cry in front of me.. then I got into the room and seen cockroaches I was g6 to deal with it but then at 3 am I woke up to bed bugs attacking me. I want a refund. Immideatly. I'm allergic to bug bites and I'm very upset because I was bitten. I am disgusted

The staff were very pleasant and helpful despite issues with the booking payment through the website. They were kind, patient, and very social and made the problem of the added charges easier to swallow.

The stairs closest to our room were rotten and broken (disclosed when I checked in), so we were forced to walk a decent distance any time we needed to access our car. Upon walking in, it smelled like a pool room. To my immediate left, I found a roach smashed on the wall near the ceiling. There was floor trim ripped off along a quarter of the wall back by the sink, exposing nails and some small inner portions of the wall. We have a 4 year old, so it was incredibly jarring to see. There were only three pillows for both beds combined, and the mattresses were bigger than the platform-like frames they sat on resulting in overhang. No trash can in the room or bathroom, and an already half used rolled of toilet paper was left on the toilet. There was no hair dryer and only one tiny full shampoo/conditioner as well as an already opened & half-used one—no bar of soap or anything similar. There was only one body towel, one hand towel, and two washcloths. Due to no provided phone & a severe freezing rain storm, we couldn’t call to request more nor readily walk over to the other building with the main office. There were other people’s hair in the tub drain when we went to use the shower, as well as in our pillow cases. The front of the drawer of the side table between the beds had been ripped off with the drawer still on the tracks. The broken piece was wedged between the dresser and the desk and chair, right around the start of the trim peeling off. Our feet also became black with dirt within an hour of entering the room, which worsened after taking a shower and only having one towel between 3 people—meaning no towel to use for stepping out of the shower (daughter resorted to using the hand towel for a body towel), and the original dirt was worsened due to water despite best efforts. I checked the bed for bedbugs when we first arrived and thankfully didn’t find any—but upon getting ready to leave, a roach ran across the bed my daughter slept in.

There is bugs in the rooms and they take ur deposit for stupid stuff i will never go there again
