"Would return again"

Clean room and comfortable bed. Quieter than expected for a town centre location. Parking on site a bonus. Lovely old building and fine for us but less mobile may need to be aware of steps in corridors and up to bathroom may be an issue.

Does not provide breakfast The room was fairly good though a bit dated. Will do with a modern upgrade. The bed was good and comfy

The staff member who received us was a bit aloof and not that friendly. No porter to help carry our luggage to our room on the 4th floor. On requesting for milk for our morning tea and coffee, the staff member was visibly unhappy. He delivered the milk with no word, no "Good morning!". For a hotel of the said rating, that was way below our expeectation. The hotel needs some TLC.

"Rose and Crown Wisbech"

Ali was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of carparking, 400 year old hotel in need of tlc.

Top floor right down the very end. No curtain on the small window,woke up with bright sunlight in my face. Very creaky floorboards. Room 302.
