BENALMADENA CRUZ DEL SUR sea and sun

The location was great, just a short walk to the front and close to several restaurants and bars. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets if required. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen. Washing up liquid and cloths supplied too. Lola, our host was extremely helpful and kindly suggested some places we might like to visit. Excellent communication before and during our stay. It was peaceful and the gardens are well tended and beautiful. Thank you!

The pool wasn’t available, but that was outwith the control of the host.

Perfect appartment with access to the pool area straight out the patio doors . Great location in our favourite part of Benalmádena . Lola was a great hostess with excellent communication.

It was really nice to have a ground floor apartment, once the sun came out we could open the door and enjoy to sit outside.

The appartment is getting a bit old and could use some renovation. Bathroom is old, if the shower curtain is not well closed the whole bathroom is wet, the kitchen is getting old, fridge not closing very well, the appartment is quite full with furniture, the beds are quite soft and not really comfortable. Unfortunately parking space was very limited and multiple times we had to drive 3, 4, 5 rounds before we could find a parking place in the surrounding streets (and this was in March, not even summer holidays)

Lola is an owner who meets you & ensures everything you know etc. She also keeps in touch in case of any issues. Would very much recommend as also very close to bars/restaurants.

The weather!

The Owner Lola has excellent communication skills she is a lovely lady ,the apartment is well equipped and about 3 minuets from the restaurants ,supermarket and bars in Bonanza and Ibensa squares ,it catches the sun for most of the day and overlooks the lovely well kept garden and the pool ,only a ten minuet walk down hill to the main road and beach this property is described accurately on the bookings .com website . Thanks again Lola it was lovely to meet you .

Due to the rules of the community you can drink on the grass outside the apartment and sun bathe but you cannot eat your meals on the grass i can understand this rule because this will help to keep the communal areas neat ,tidy and clean so i don`t think this will be a problem to anyone please remember as stated by the owner the pool is closed during the winter months .

The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant week Location was excellent

The apartment was perfect for me with a good kitchen and living room. Access to the large swimming was ideal as apartment was on the ground floor. The location was good for the beach and a 25min walk to the train station. The host gave details of some local attractions to visit which was helpful.

Lola communicated very well in advance of the trip. The apartment is very well located for the beach, plus there is a very good area with shops, bars and restaurants just 5 minutes away. The gardens and pool, which has a lifeguard and disabled access are a particular feature.

Fantastic apartment in great location. Owner Lola was very friendly and kept in touch to ensure that everything was OK. Huge modern television with great WiFi. 2 good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Patio doors open on to nicely kept garden and large swimming pool. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided. Good kitchen and bathroom. Our group had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to stay here again.
