Die Lage war fantastisch, mitten im Zentrum und dennoch sehr ruhig. Charmant eingerichtet. Grosses Bad. Küchenzeile fürs Frühstück ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

Very central location, lovely courtyard

Toilet and shower was very small and not very high with a step down so if ur tall you have to bend down. Separate room for bath tub which we didn’t use. No bath towels, just hand towels. Parking was offsite and the suggested garage had very negative reviews which we refused to use but Jeanluca was extremely helpful and managed to arrange another garage with Mario who was very nice and looked after our car.

Magnifique endroit dans le quartier historique tres animé en cette période de fin Septembre. La rénovation des lieux est particulièrement bien réussie avec une cuisine moderne, une grande salle bain avec une baignoire moderne et le tout fonctionnant parfaitement bien.

Tout était très bien, l’accueil de Gianluca très chaleureux. Le prix est élevé surtout pour une personne voyageant seule mais les standards de l’endroit sont en proportion.

Our stay at this apartment was excellent from start to finish. Gianluca was truly exceptional—very welcoming, always available, and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and even had a baby crib prepared for us, which made traveling with family so much easier. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Palermo’s city center, steps away from restaurants, markets, and main attractions. A perfect base to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Unique and charming apartment. Great location and close to everything. Our host Gianluca was amazing, such an incredible guy. We had some days in Palermo and travelled out to other areas during our stay. The apartment is well located, close to many great restaurants (Gianluca recommended some really good spots that you probably won’t find otherwise). Very comfortable stay and highly recommended.
