The owners of this property are doing a fraud where you book online and then go there and the property is very bad. We had just gone to Lonavala ten days ago and we had booked the property online and when we went there we saw that the property was full of water, so I called the owner and said that this property will not work, we were in a family. So his honor gave me the answer that now there will be no cancellation, now if you want to cancel you will get 50% of the payment back. His honor stopped picking up the phone and the people who were there who were there for cleaning, he replied that brother, you talk to our owners , we can't do anything else, then we clashed a lot with those people, so they managed each other. and he made us after the setting and the manager himself told us that bro not booking like this now these people are doing this only for special fraud then no one should go there and not book this property the whole trip will be bad

My humble request to all of you please do not go or book any stay in this property. These people are doing this for fraud. This property is very bad. This property is flooded inside.

Villa required complete make over, it was smelling badly, rain water filled inside the villa. Kitchen was in bad condition, not done paint from long. We need to cancel the villa immediately by seeing conditions. Villa owners are not returning our paid money, even if their staff confirmed to payback and not responding to booking.com customer care guy's. What to say about mattress, lt was like no one used from long, the pictures shown, no where matching with actuals. We have messed up our trip by booking that Villa.

Haven't liked anything, very pathetic conditions, would suggest not to book by anyone.

The villa was badly smelling, the rooms were very dirty, the extra bed conditions were horrible, and the villa looked like no one had stayed for a long time. Due to rain, full rainy water was inside, it looked like another swimming pool :). The pool size is quite small no where as per pictures shown. We were having a booking for 2 days but immediately needed to ask for cancellation, their staff denied it, after much arguments they were ready to return for one day amount, but now they are not refunding anything. Very much disappointed.....!!

The staff were really polite, excellent food and well maintained villa.

Pool was not cleaned properly, there was a piece of glass in the pool that went into my friend’s feet, would suggest depooling after every check out.

The property was not at all like the photos and it was very stinky and unclean, the sheets and mattress was not cleaned and there was water in the rooms

The property is very beautiful and fully maintained, the caretaker and cleaning staff were very helpful. For food you can order from their reservation team. Our stay was very smooth and will be booking again and again for sure. Keep up the good work going. And thanks for a wonderful stay
