Extremely clean, well decorated and well appointed. The location of the property is very good; five minute walk to the Motorpoint Arena and an easy walk to the city centre. Add to this off road parking and this is the perfect property for a city break. We also had a good sleep and the surroundings were peaceful which is fairly rare when staying in a city.

"Perfect Pad"

Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, onsite parking., walking distance to attractions. Spacious bedrooms. Very very clean property.

Would of liked a cafetiere, or coffee machine, as we are fresh coffee lovers, and bought our own coffee, but had nothing to make it in.

"Good value property, close to station with good facilities."

Well equipped property, which was nicely decorated. Easy check in process and great communication from host. Convenient from train station. Good value and bedrooms very spacious.

Would have been good to have a radiator in the lounge. Not keen on area on terms of safety late at night and it was noisy, although appreciate that it is reasonably close to the city centre.

"A Good Stay - Shame about the Neighbours..."

The property was spotless and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

The neigbours in the house adjoining the property were very noisy with children screaming and running around up to midnight both nights causing a delay in getting to sleep. The white walls in the living room left a white dust on your clothes/coat if you brushed up against them accidently. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and was not positioned correctly for watching the tv without the viewer ending up with a crick in the neck, or having to sit at an uncomfortable angle to watch it face on.

The property was exceptionally clean, was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The shower (near the kitchen) was brilliant!

It was on the cusp of a not so nice area of Nottingham.
