I didn’t like the eggs the kitchen staff said the light makes the eggs turn green

The location in the building, the room, the parking in the back. The staff. Very accommodating to my family and my pets.

The ice. Hard to walk.

Zero positive.

No back up generator, lost power for 3 of my 4 days of stay. No breakfast until the last day. It was spoiled gray eggs. Spoiled OJ, no seasoning on warm food made. Elevators NEVER WORKED all 4 days. Hauled luggage and food brought up and down to third floor. No electricity no warmth in freezing temperatures. No dark blind,it was missing to keep sun out during the day. I was there to sleep during the day, and work 3 night shifts. No compensation of any sort to make situation right. It was absolutely AWFUL, and I checked out early the night before to just go home. The worst stay at a hotel ever. The receptionist at the front desk would not answer the phone ever, no matter how many times you tried to call. However, they were very nice in person face to face. The stay was ridiculous.

Still waiting for my room deposit to be credited back after 6 days

The heating unit was loud, each time it came on, noise from the expressway.
