Great location. Quiet comfortable stay.

Room is very small with no space to easily place bags

Pas de petit déjeuner. Le personnel était gentil, souriant et prêt à m’aider.

Pas de fenêtre dans ma chambre à part des volets, donc toujours dans le noir, chambre placé juste derrière le l’accueil. certaines nuits bruyantes. J’entendais rien que le fait de passer le balai.

Il personale è squisito, ci ha aiutato ad affittare lo scooter ed è stato disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura è recente, sia gli spazi comuni che la stanza puliti e ammobiliati adeguatamente, con letti comodi. Sempre a disposizione acqua, te e caffè. La posizione è ottima, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a pochi passi da Malioboro street. Ciò nonostante è molto silenziosa.

Posizione centrale, camere spaziose e area comune con acqua calda caffè e te tutto il giorno

Il personale non c’era quasi mai al desk della reception, abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora che arrivasse qualcuno appena arrivati e al check out abbiamo lasciato le chiavi sul desk perché, appunto, non c’era nessuno. Avevo chiesto di fare check-in anticipato e loro avevano accettato la richiesta per poi evidentemente dimenticarsene, quando siamo arrivati infatti mi hanno detto che la camera non era pronta e che avrei dovuto aspettare… insistendo hanno trovato il modo di pulire una stanza rapidamente e farci entrare.

L'emplacement est vraiment top à proximité de l'avenue Malioboro et près de la gare. Le quartier est plutôt sympa. La villa correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes.

The location is nearby Malioboro, just a walking distance from the Malioboro. The property is a renovated old house, or I can say it is a renovated heritage house. The property is clean and well maintained. The room is spacious for the given price. The room air conditioner is perfect. The bathroom is also spacious, with shower and hot water. The surrounding during the night time is so quite and we can can have a good sleep.

Only the public yard in front of the property needs some work.
