Great location, right by beaches and snorkeling!

No keys necessary; a code was provided in advance of arrival.

This is partly our fault, but we arrived after dark and it was difficult to determine the house gate. Despite being provided directions, there were two gates and it was not clear which we should be entering. Property number was hidden behind plants.

Great location, great space, great amenities.

Roof began leaking in kitchen during stay.

Great location on the North Shore. Close to all the beaches we wanted in be at.

The location was fantastic, right by everything on the north shore. The size of the place and beds were perfect for my five person family. We had everything we needed to cook during our stay and the grocery store is so close. Great beaches to walk to or a very short drive.

The switches were a bit crazy to figure out but manageable. Parking was tricky when someone came in the other location and parked in the center of the parking area so our van didn't fit. The biggest frustration for us was that the location said it was air conditioned, but it only had one window air conditioner in the main living room that never chilled the bedrooms very well and chilled sleeping is huge for us.

The location is a short walking distance from popular beaches. Short drive to grocery store, Waimea Botanical Garden and other activities. Authentic North Shore living. Although mostly old and weathered, a-lot of equipment available for enjoying beach activities: bikes, surf boards, beach chairs. etc.

There were ants and cockroaches. The smallest crumb on the kitchen floor or countertop attracted the bugs. TV in main bedroom did not work. The TV remote in the main room required new batteries and it was difficult to access streaming apps.

Lots of bedrooms and privacy for an extended-family trip. An easy walk to some beaches and Foodland, an easy drive to lots of beaches. A very non-resort feel for a mellow stay.

There were some typos in the listing when we booked; the host was apologetic and they've been corrected since.

The location is fabulous. The property is clean, comfortable and spacious, with a lovely garden and sun loungers.

The nearby road is somewhat noisy, so some guests might want to bring earplugs for the nighttime.
