Brilliant location, comfy bed and plenty off street parking. Perfectly situated above Delaneys which is the best cooked breakfast I have had.

Next door room could be heard very easily. Felt like I was in the bathroom with them. Could hear their full conversations.

This is an excellent property in an ideal location. Breakfast albeit not included was first class. It may be worthwhile the owners promoting the lovely restaurant within the unit. Definitely go back

No- one to speak to face to face- self check in. Small room for price paid

Room very small as was the bathroom.Poor shower and noisy fridge which we had to switch off overnight

Lovely room, large bathroom - both well-appointed and impeccably clean. Great email communications, including self-checkin codes and instructions. Appreciated being informed that unplanned repair work would be ongoing on the front entry due to storm damage. Was kindly informed that we may wish to park in the back to keep the car clean and free of any damage from construction. Great communication! Much appreciated.

Impersonal welcome. In fact *no* welcome as there is nobody on staff at the entry to even say hello. It just felt a bit strange.

Better eating options for the hotel, breakfast. The current location has amazing food if you can get a reservation. No true bar.
