L’appartement est très bien situé à la spezia.

Manque d’équipements. Appartement vieillissant. Très difficile de dormir par les grosses chaleur sans climatisation. Débit d’eau très très faible.

"Responsive host, fresh room, clean stay"

The host is very responsive and replies my messaged very fast. She welcomed me at the entrance, same as check-out.

The location is a bit far away from city center and needs to walk 20 mins from the center. It may feel a bit scary if we go back at late night.

"Lovely apartment, great hosts, we enjoyed our stay."

Hosts were very welcoming, comfortable stay, lovely little balcony to sit out at night, good sized lounge and kitchen area to cook, bedroom came with a fan and anti-mosquito air freshener.

No air-con but with the windows open at night and the fan it stayed cool
