Penthouse with 2 terraces & harbour views

The place is in very quiet and nice neighborhood. Just 10 minutes by walk to metro, by bike around 4 minutes ;) the flat was big, very bright. Everything was perfect.

Despite the concerns described below, the apartment was of good quality and located in an excellent area, with the neighbourhood and the view standing out most.

The primary issues with the apartment concerned the overall cleanliness, which appeared satisfactory on a superficial level but lacked thorough, in-depth attention. Furthermore, one of the sofa beds was missing a leg (an issue which the host attempted to repair), while the mattress on the other sofa bed was notably thin. These shortcomings are particularly significant when the property is intended to accommodate a larger group of guests, in this case seven people. There was also an absence of certain basic amenities that should reasonably be provided.

The apartment was very spacious, really enjoyed the location very handy. Lovely area. Gorgeous part of the city and very easy access to the harbour bus stop.

Comfortable apartment, close to a water taxi stop, and had plenty of of space for out party of 6

Liked it had a washer and dryer in the apartment but it took 3 hours to wash and another 2.5 to dry clothes.
