Holiday Villa Kalpetta Bypass - Near Quarry Lake

Caretaker/host is very cooperative, very friendly behaviour. Goes an extra mile for traveller's comfort. Rooms are very clean and neat.

Awesome location & close to great food The room was neat & clean and the view from the terrace was amazing!

We Liked very much to stay here, the Place Is very clean, spacious and comfy. Also you have a lot of privacy. The hotel Is out of the city crowd in a nice and chill area and from here it'S Easy to reach the city center. Rishad Is very nice and he Will try to help you.

Only cleanness

They didn't provide anything as said in site, ,no towel , no kettle no toilieries. We booked two rooms and finally he asked 1500 extra from us..we gave. The care taker is very bad. He don't know how to behave to guest. Very bad experience.no facility as per mentioned in site. Plz don't select

Calm at night, cheap price in the zone, owner was really nic, he accepted last minute booking and kept the backpacks while we went for a trek

There are air holes in the walls that let all kind of insects in, no toilet paper or soap provided, no bin, only one towel for two people, cleaning could be improved

Had a wonderful stay Holiday villa & hayat. The spacious rooms and the view from the balcony of the lake just were incredible. Great mix of tranquility and comfortable. Thanks Rishad for making our vacation wonderful.
