The location was great

The room was dusty a thin layer of dust was on the microwave and the lamps . The bath room wasn't clean the shower had mold growing all around the soap dish the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty We stayed 2 nights nights housekeeping didn't replacement our toilet paper, towels or take our trash. I havd never stayed at a hotel that didn't have an extra roll of sitting on the back of toilet or in the cabinet. There' was no sign saying hang up towels and no one at the front desk mentioned we had to request housekeeping or said anything about them being short staffed. We ran out of toilet paper on our first night the roll should of been changed before we checked in since they had no extra roll. We let left for the day and we thought forsure housekeeping would come and take of it but nope . Thankgoodness my husband keeps a roll in the truck and when we checked out we took our toilet paper with us and hung the empty back up

Rooms are amazing !!!

Hot tub was cold as hell 55 degrees and pool also was very cold walked in and out in 30 minutes

It was a clean and wonderfully spacious room.

Absolutely nothing!! I left after an hour of being berated by the "Manager" at the front desk.

I made the reservation through Booking.com for $79.00 plus tax. I was charged $130.31 when I arrived. The "Manager" said the hotel can charge what they wanted to they do not have to honor the price quoted by Booking.com. Not feeling well I just wanted to rest and went to the room he assigned. The room was filthy and disgusting. Paint peeling off the walls, dog hair all over the carpeted floor and furniture. The bathtub and toilet had not been cleaned and the room smelled like mold. I took my luggage and went back to the front desk to request a refund. I was told I could not get a refund but I could switch rooms. After looking at 3 more rooms that were possibly worse than the original room I asked for the name and number of who he reports to. The "Manager" who wouldn't give me his name or the name of his boss stating he had no way to contact his boss. By this time I was extremely upset and left to find another place to stay. I'm currently trying to get the $130.31 refunded through Booking.com. The only service this place provided was LIP SERVICE!!!! I wish I had taken photos..lesson learned! Read the reviews before making reservations! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful. The location was convenient. Our room was near the rear exit. Dog friendly

Terrible lighting in the room. Electrical: switches and outlets either operated everything or didn't work. Many signs of aging. Is it in transition? Is it falling apart? The pool room had missing window casement, exposed drywall, etc. Pet area was "out back" but the one little triangle of grass was marked, "no pets on grass" so I guess they're supposed to use the pavement.

Decent price. Overall nice. Desk person was nice and efficient

No room service until we specifically asked for it. soap, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and never filled even after they finally came to the room, Kleenex dispenser was empty and never filled. No bathroom fan. When they did clean the room, on the day before we left, they left the room wide open with the deadbolt preventing it from closing or locking. The restaurant person kept it clean but was not very friendly and just stood off to the side staring at us (we are not that good looking). The hair dryer was plugged with lint that was caked on the back so it would not work very well.
