"Bad"

It has no commitment to keep the booking.even after confirmation by property owner. Very worst experience at mid night when we arrived at sonnet inn even after confirmation of our late arrival from khumba mela driving about 472km with a aged person of 80 yrs old. Thanks booking.com they have helped us to get accomodation in other hotel by 2am.
