"Only they need to work on Hygine on room for guest, rest of all good"

Staff behaviour was Good, Nr by main road.

Need to work on cleaness, hygeine, bathroom was not cleaned, no soap, no towel, no tissue, there is COCKROACH in bathroom.

50% of payment I already paid before check in, I showed them Payment details as well, then also they charged me again 100% of fair, it was a loss to me for 50% of room charges.

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Service offered was nice and the The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.also rooms of hotel was honestly neat and clean
