NLThe apartment is perfect—very clean, fully equipped, and ideal for long stays. Great location close to the center with bars, cafés, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The beach close by isn’t the best, but nicer ones are easy to reach by taxi or car. Self-service check-in/out is very easy and convenient. The owner is super helpful and kind—highly recommend this place!

TRWe had a wonderful stay at Z Home! The house was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything we needed was provided, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Maria was especially amazing — so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She really made us feel at home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Z Home to anyone visiting the island!

TRResimlerde görüldüğü gibi temiz ve konforlu bir yerdi. Merkezi konumda olması şahane. Ev sahibi ilgili biri çok memnun kaldık. Sakız’a geldiğimizde tekrar konaklamak isteriz.
TRMerkeze çok yakın temiz tatlı bir daire. Çok rahat ettik, Maria bizimle ilgilenerek her konuda yardımcı oldu çok sıcakkanlıydı.
TREvin konumu çok merkezi pek çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Evin büyüklüğü yeterli ve yüksek tavanlı olması çok ferah hissettiriyor. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Mutfak ve banyo çok kullanışlı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibi her anlamda çok yardımcı oldu. Hatta bize akşam yemeği için restoranlar tavsiye etti ve hepsi harikaydı. Tekrar gelirsek mutlaka yine burayı tercih ederiz :)
DEEVERYTHING! From communication, self check-in, answering requests till check out, everything was arranged very smoothly and without any fuss. Very central location (but not noisy), modern refurbished apartment, has all facilities amenities you need for daily life. Last but not least, Maria was very helpful in answering our requests (arranging sofa bed, extra fan etc). She made our stay very comfortable and we felt like home with everything we needed.
Nothing we didnt like but just something to bear in mind: apartment is at 2nd floor without elevator and a/c is not too cold even at 16c at the first 1-2 hours (but it seems to be a chios thing as other apartments from friends have the same issue)

Bu bizim için çok iyi oldu. Ev temizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Maria yardım istediğimiz, danışabileceğimiz her konuda hemen cevap verdi. Bir daha Sakız’a gelirsek tekrardan buraya gelmek istiyoruz. Her şey için teşekkkür ederiz

TREv sahibinin ilgi, alaka düzeyi bizi çok memnun etti. Ev sahibi her an ulaşılabilirdi. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey mevcuttu ve çok temizdi. Konum harikaydı, merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Sakız Adası’nda mutlaka kalınması gereken bir tesis.
